There is no doubt about it, baking and creating your cakes ignites my soul, it’s my passion. I eat, sleep and live cake!

I have always loved baking since I was a little girl, where I would spend hours in the kitchen with my Nan. I like to think it was her who inspired me to be where I am today and turn my passion into a full time role.

I am a sustainable baker based in Kent and the first to use my own organic free range eggs from my very own Muscovy ducks and hens.

I want to offer people something different to the cakes everybody else makes, where you know nothing about the welfare of the animals.

I wanted my cakes to taste exquisite and look stunning, but I also wanted to give something back by having happy and loved ducks and hens.

In the summer the girls are all free to ramble around my large back garden and can often be found in the vegetable patch, or a flower bed rummaging for goodies.

They are fed on an organic diet mainly consisting of left over veg scraps from our very own market garden.
